The terms below cover how trial classes, monthly enrollment, billing, scheduling and tutor conduct work at AlMadinahQuranCenter.
Last updated: July 16, 2026
By booking a free trial, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using this website ("Site") or our classes ("Services"), you (referred to below as "you," "Student," or "Parent/Guardian" if enrolling a minor) agree to the terms below. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, please reach out to us before booking, we're happy to clarify.
AlMadinahQuranCenter provides live, 1-on-1 online classes in Quran reading with Tajweed, Hifz (memorization), Islamic Studies and Arabic Language, delivered over Zoom or Google Meet by tutors engaged by the academy.
Many of our students are children. When a parent or guardian books or enrolls a minor, they're confirming, on the student's behalf, that the details submitted (including age) are accurate, that they accept these Terms, and that they'll remain reasonably reachable and responsible for the child's conduct and safety during online sessions. Submitting a booking form confirms you're either 18 or older, or the parent/guardian of the student being enrolled.
New students get one free trial week, subject to tutor availability. It's offered once per student or family, isn't transferable to someone else, and doesn't commit you to a paid plan afterward. We may adjust or withdraw this offer at any time.
Classes are scheduled around your local time zone based on tutor availability. If you need to reschedule or will miss a class, let us know as early as possible over WhatsApp or email and we'll do our best to arrange a makeup session. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows without notice may result in that class being forfeited for the week.
A stable internet connection, a device with a working camera and microphone, and Zoom or Google Meet installed. We're not responsible for classes disrupted by your connection, device, or an outage on a third-party platform, though we'll make a reasonable effort to reschedule affected sessions.
Every tutor is identity-verified, background-checked, and reviewed for their Quran recitation credentials before they teach a single class. We take reasonable care selecting and monitoring tutors, but can't guarantee a specific tutor's ongoing availability, and may reassign a student to a different tutor when needed. We expect students and parents to treat tutors with respect, and reserve the right to suspend access to the Services for abusive or inappropriate conduct.
If you request a specific tutor gender, including for our ladies-only classes, we'll do our best to match it based on availability, though a specific tutor assignment can't always be guaranteed.
Curricula, teaching materials, branding and content on this Site or used in class belong to AlMadinahQuranCenter or our licensors. Materials shared with you are for your own personal learning only, not for copying, resale, or redistribution.
Classes shouldn't be recorded by either the student/parent or the tutor without the other side's consent. On occasion we may record a session internally for quality assurance or to resolve a dispute, in which case that recording is kept confidential and used only for that purpose.
We're committed to quality Islamic education, but progress and memorization timelines depend heavily on the student's own effort and consistency, so we can't guarantee specific learning outcomes. The Site and Services are provided as available, and while we work to keep everything running smoothly, we can't promise they'll always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent allowed by law, AlMadinahQuranCenter, our tutors and staff aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services, such as lost time or dissatisfaction with progress, except where caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct. Nothing here limits any protection you're entitled to under consumer laws that apply in your country of residence and can't be waived.
We may suspend or end a student's access to the Services for breaching these Terms, non-payment, or conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to tutors, staff or other students. You're free to end your own enrollment at any time in line with Section 4 above.
We may update these Terms occasionally, with a revised "Last updated" date posted here. Continuing to use the Site or Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
